Ian lives in Northampton and has a young family. He trained as a bus/coach driver and worked for Stagecoach for 10 years.
He’d been thinking about a career change to boost his earnings for a while, and bravely started the first parts of his instructor training syllabus. Like many trainees, Ian got through the 1st and 2nd parts of his Instructor training fairly easily, but struggled to find a credible company to support him through the most important stage (part 3).
